Pressed Steel Protectors are made from 3mm thick E.D.D. QUALITY Steel sheets and machined with precision using CNC machines.

The Pressed Steel Thread Protectors then undergo Manganese Phosphating & Dehydrating to make them rust free.

Manganese Phosphating a hot Phosphating process adopted by reduces galling, improves adhesion of thread compound & prevents steel to steel contact which helps protect functional properties of thread ends.

Hot Phosphating is just one more reason pressed Steel Thread Protectors are more preferred by the customers.
